Cincinnati, Ohio
Unibilt Homes worked with the Hamilton County Land Bank to bring a dozen new single-family homes to the Walnut Hills and Evanston neighborhoods of Cincinnati. The Walnut Hills site was a former industrial property demolished to make room for the new construction. Challenges to the site were the utility lines as well as the large retaining wall on the front of the property. Unibilt was able to deliver and set the modules from the rear alley with little disruption to the site. The Walnut Hills homes are two and a half story homes with three bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, and approximately 1,600 SQ. FT. The Evanston homes are larger two and a half story homes, at 2,100 – 2,300 SQ. FT.

Many of the lots are narrow with the standard lot being approximately 35’ in width and homes close by on both sides. These homes are being constructed, along with other affordable homes in the neighborhood, through the Community Land Trust program.
