Unibilt worked with a Columbus developer to construct four patient recovery/rehabilitation buildings for the McConnell Heart Health Center. Each building has two 630 SQ.FT. suites with one bedroom, a living room with a fireplace, accessible bathroom, and a large site-built porch feature.

Financial Institution
Unibilt worked with a Fort Wayne developer to construct a modular bank in Eaton, Ohio. This 1,680 S.F. building was built with lobby, teller line, three offices, conference room, accessible bathroom and large storage/mechanical area. The 720 SQ.FT. two-lane canopy and hipped roof structure was built on site.
