Unibilt markets its modular homes exclusively through a network of experienced independent building companies, many of which have been associated with Unibilt for decades. Your local Authorized Builder will work with you from the initial meeting to the completion of your home. Our clients extend throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Kentucky.

Your Unibilt Builder will provide an opportunity to visit a Unibilt Model Home Sales Center so that you can experience first-hand the variety of our designs and the quality of our work. Taking the tour at our manufacturing facility, you will learn the benefits of modular construction and will receive a credit towards your future home. Your Builder will provide turnkey services to assist with site selection, home model choice, finishes and all on-site construction services needed to finish the home. Due to the many site-related variances, Unibilt cannot quote final construction costs. All pricing must come from your builder.

- Land acquisition assistance
- Help with selecting the right home for your lot and lifestyle
- Customizing your floor plan
- Pricing out your home plan to include all chosen options and site-related work
- Helping you choose interior and exterior finishes
- Be a resource and coordinator for financing
- Schedule required surveys, permits, and hook-ups
- Serve as your liaison to Unibilt for plans, construction, and delivery
- Complete site preparation, including excavation, foundation, electric connections, water and sewer
- Construct dormers, garages, porches and decks
- Put the finishing touches on your delivered home!
