Tours are held the second Saturday of every month starting at 10:00 a.m. at our facility at 8005 Johnson Station Road in Vandalia, Ohio. Walk-ins are welcome, but when you RSVP, it helps us prepare for your visit. As a bonus, if you build a Unibilt home within 12 months of your visit, you receive a credit towards the purchase. We look forward to showing you our facility and showing you the many advantages of modular construction.
