Family owned and operated for over 50 years, Unibilt is a nationally recognized leader in the modular home industry having built more than 12,000 homes. We pride ourselves on being rooted to mid-western values of hard work, honesty, and fairness. The company has been built on long-term relationships, using many of the same high-quality product vendors for nearly five decades. We are committed to ensuring a rewarding and enjoyable homeownership experience and pride ourselves on comprehensive communication, meticulous attention to details, personalized custom home designs, unparalleled craftsmanship, on-time deliveries, and superior customer service.
More than 80% of a Unibilt home is built by our own craftsmen in our 120,000 SF manufacturing facility in Vandalia, Ohio. As a group, our craftsmen have over eight hundred year of proven, on-the-job, modular experience at Unibilt with the average tenure 10 plus years. We provide scholarships to our employees and invest in the region. Unibilt, through its network of authorized builders, is currently building in five states… Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia and Michigan.
